So, on Mother’s Day, I ended up in the hospital with a nasty case of pneumonia in my left lung. The bacteria was spreading through my blood, and it was a real scare.The amazing team at Banner Gateway Medical Center was there to save the day! They were incredible – doctors, nurses, aides, respiratory therapists, and everyone in between. After over two weeks of hard work, I was finally discharged and resting at home. I’m not feeling 100% yet, though, and I’ll probably need a couple more weeks to fully recover. I wanted to give you all an update and let you know why I haven’t been able to share my post in a while. I know you’ve been waiting, and I appreciate your understanding. Once I’m back on my feet in a week or two, I’ll be back to my weekly update schedule on Fridays. Stay tuned for more updates!
