It should be no surprise to anyone who knows me that coffee is one of my favorite things. Most memes on the internet include writers and IT personnel with a cup of coffee. I guess I have proven that not everything you see online is false. In seriousness, I have always loved coffee, but this article is to call out my all-time favorite coffee. No, it’s not Dutch Bros or Starbucks, which I drink often. My favorite coffee is a blend roasted by James Coffee Co., based in San Diego, California. The blend in question is a collaboration with renowned YouTuber and photographer Peter McKinnon, Golden Hour.
Golden Hour is a blend of Guatemala “Huehuetenango,” Colombia “Finca Palmichal,” and Ethiopia “Mokamba” Natural coffee beans. It has a lovely cocoa and caramel taste without bitterness, which usually comes with high-end coffees. While Golden Hour is not cheap at $20 per pound at this article’s time, I believe you pay for quality.
