Last week, I talked about the Apple Watch Solo Loop and said I use it primarily during the summer for swimming. Enter my go-to everyday watch band, the Apple Watch Braided Solo Loop.
“Each Braided Solo Loop band features a unique, stretchable design that’s ultracomfortable and easy to slip on and off your wrist. Created by weaving 16,000 polyester yarn filaments around ultrathin silicone threads using advanced, precision-braiding machinery, then laser cutting the band to an exact length for a custom fit. The band offers a soft, textured feel and is both sweat and water resistant.”
Apple
Rene Ritchie of YouTube fame called the Apple Braided Solo Loop sweatpants for your wrist. It’s truly the most comfortable of the Apple Watch Bands. It just disappears as I wear it. I love the feel of the polyester yarn against my skin, and the ease of getting it on and off is unmatched by any other product. Its colors are truly unique and rich. At $99, it’s an investment, but again, you get what you paid for with the band’s quality. I currently own three Apple Watch Braided Solo Loops. The first one, I messed up because I got the yarn snagged and pulled out a strain. In most cases, stretching the band and allowing it to return to its standard size will resit the yarn strains, but I didn’t know that then. The other Apple Watch Braided Solo Loop I own is a different color band. The Apple Watch Braided Solo Loop is a dirt magnate, especially in bright or lighter colors. I spray Shout Stain and Spot Remover on the band and throw it in with my colored clothes in the washer machine. It comes out looking as good as new.
