I have been very open on this site and in my interactions with readers that I have ADHD. The key to living with ADD or ADHD is to figure out an organizational style and a personal method to deal with distractions. My method is music. I play music in the background whenever I’m working. I get a few seconds of a sound every so often, but for the most part, it fades into the work after a while. That brings me to my favorite thing for this month: Apple Music.

Apple Music is my music subscription service of choice. I’m in an all-Apple ecosystem to play music on my iPhone, Mac, and iPad throughout my home on Apple TV or HomePods, and it just works. Apple Music has over 100 million songs and more than 30,000 expert-curated playlists, according to their website, and I often dive into a new playlist. I hate ads, and Apple Music is ad-free. Lastly, Apple is always adding better quality and new technologies like Spatial Audio with Dolby Atmos and lossless audio. I love the high-quality music of Apple Music, no matter where I am.

Apple, as of the writing of this article, is currently offering a free month of Apple Music to new subscribers at https://www.apple.com/apple-music/. I recommend that everyone try this wonderful music experience. What music service do you use? Let me know in the comments or via e-mail.
