I’ve got ADHD, and I know how tough it can be to keep my cool and get things done on time. I’ve been experimenting with a fun little trick that seems to help me out! I have a few coins with different messages on them. One side says “go to bed,” and the other side has either “one more game” or “one more chapter.” I use these coins to make decisions, like whether to dive into another game or read a chapter. I also use them to make small, everyday decisions that I usually put off. It’s like flipping a coin to decide if I should grab a snack or hit the gym. It’s been working pretty well for me, but I definitely don’t use it for super important deadlines. Sometimes, you just need to take your time, and other times, you’ve got to hustle to meet a deadline.

What do you think about this technique? Would you give it a shot?
